About the module
Our module is an introduction to engineering mechanics – a branch of applied mathematics – in two main categories:
1) Solid mechanics: statics and stress analysis, trying to answer how solids deform. This part of the module is delivered by Mr Ihab Alkhaldi.
2) Dynamics: kinematics and kinetics, trying to answer how solids move. This part of the module will be delivered by Dr Ya Huang.
