The module looks at the infrastructure needed for human consumption of water and it follows the water use cycle. It offers an integrated management for the water use cycle. Members of the teaching team will take you through the different elements of this cycle during their teaching of this module

The module will equip you with the necessary basic knowledge needed to design, operate and maintain the infrastructure needed for the water industry. Therefore, you will be able to work as a hydraulic engineer, water engineer, public health engineer, hydrologist, etc. for different employers such as consultants, water companies, the Environment Agency, local councils, etc.
